Our website reflects actual stock quantities. If an item is in stock it will ship same or next day. Items that are low in stock or out of stock may still be purchased. Such purchases will be placed on back order status. These orders are usually filled within 3-4 business days. We will notify our customers if any delays are encountered

Shipping Options

We understand that shipping costs and delivery time are of critical importance to buyers in today’s marketplace. With this in mind, we offer several options to meet our customer’s needs.

  • Standard (orders less than 13 ozs) – USPS first class shipping with a delivery time of 2-5 business days.
  • Priority Mail – Low cost, expedited shipping option with a delivery time of 2-3 business days. Free on orders of $200 or more.
  • Priority Mail Express – Fastest shipping option. 1 Day service to most of the US.
  • Local Pickup – For those customers who live in the area or will be passing through, our local pickup is a great option. These orders can be paid for at the time of pickup.

Order status

You may log into your account at any time to check on the status of an order. Once an order is processed for shipping, an email notification will be sent with tracking information and the order details will be updated accordingly. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier scan to update. In some cases, the outbound scan is missed and it will display that the carrier has only received electronic notification of the shipment. Do not be alarmed. This does happen from time to time. In these cases, the package will be scanned upon arrival at the destination terminal. If you have any problems receiving an order you may contact us through chat, email, or phone.  Also please contact us right away if the contents of the package arrive damaged.
